We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Order processing

Orders ship within 48 hours of the order date, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends ship on the following business days.

Delivery times

Transit times vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Economy shipping within the United States typically takes 4-8 business days. Rates and estimated delivery times for Canadian orders are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and shipping method, and are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Holiday orders

Carriers handle much higher volumes during the holiday season, so order early to make sure your Puffin gifts arrive in time. Once a shipment is in the carrier's possession, transit times are outside of our control.

Missing orders

If it has been an unusually long time since you placed your order, email us at fun@puffindrinkwear.com. Our team can provide additional tracking information and help get things sorted out.

Damaged orders

If your order arrived damaged, email fun@puffindrinkwear.com with photos of the shipping box, the damaged product and your order confirmation number. We'll make sure you're taken care of.
